Description

The Sumène-Artense Trail connects several hiking routes in the area: the “Escapades” through the Rhue Gorges, the “Escapade” to the Agayrou Rock, and the “Escapade” around Champagnac.

At the start of the route, the trail follows a section of the Voie Verte between Bort-les-Orgues and Mauriac, offering a pleasant ride. It then continues toward the village of Madic, passing through unspoiled rural landscapes, and ends in the hamlet of Chassagne (in the municipality of Champagnac).
